Is registration really free?
Yes. Spectator registration is free, and exhibitor applications are free to submit. Vendor booth participation may include operational requirements after review, depending on space, power, and permit needs. Registering early helps us estimate crowd flow, safety support, and confirmation details for downtown KL logistics.
Can I register day-of?
Day-of spectator entry may be allowed if capacity is safe, but it is not guaranteed. Exhibitor and vendor registration will not be accepted at the gate because display placement, marshal planning, and road safety coordination must be completed before event day.
What if it rains?
Kuala Lumpur weather can change quickly, so the event team will monitor forecasts and send updates by email and SMS. Light rain may continue with adjusted timing, while heavy rain may move selected activities to sheltered meetup points or partner indoor backup areas nearby.

We welcome well-presented classics, modern performance cars, JDM builds, continental cars, EVs, 4x4s, restorations, and distinctive Malaysian builds. Vehicles must be roadworthy, safe to display, and respectful of urban noise rules. The organiser curates exhibitor slots for variety and crowd flow.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are discouraged because the venue will be busy, warm, and noisy, with crowds moving between vehicles and vendor areas. Registered service animals are allowed. If you must bring a pet, keep it leashed, hydrated, away from cars, and under control at all times.
What about parking costs?
